Morocco is simply one of my favorite culinary destinations and I’m SO excited to take you there! The sights, sounds, smells, and tastes are mesmerizing, and each time I lead a group through this beautiful country, I love to witness my fellow travelers as they become entranced with Moroccan life. It's impossible to describe, as this is where the fascinating history, gorgeous architecture, and flavorful food combine in the most spectacular ways. Yet, all of these experiences are elevated by the welcoming kindness of the people.
There's so much to see, and my Moroccan friends and I are preparing a unique itinerary for you. Get ready to feel transported from the colorful and bustling streets and architectural sites of Marrakech to the Atlas Mountains to the lush terraces and hillsides of the Ourika Valley.

During our week-long journey, we'll be treated to luxurious accommodations and hospitality that feels like a warm hug. Then we’ll delve into delectable food while taking in the gorgeous landscapes, rich history, and vibrant culture.
We'll join my friend and knowledgeable and engaging guide, who will lead us through the renowned souks, and historic sites in the Marrakech medina. Wait until you see all of the saturated colors, incredible tilework and architecture while learning Morocco's centuries-old traditions. Oh, and we should probably make a bit of time for shopping!
Then, we'll head to an impressive kitchen, where we can master the art of preparing some of the country's most cherished dishes, like scrumptious tagines, couscous and the flaky savory pie called B’stilla.
But wait, there's more! On this one-of-a-kind tour, we'll venture out to the dramatic High Atlas Montains and lush Ourika Valley—a place that the New York Times has described this part of Morocco as one of the “dreamiest of escapes” in their list of 50 Places to Go (Times, 2024). Imagine strolling through a fragrant herb farm and joining Berber women to make traditional Moroccan flatbread cooked with fire in a clay oven. Then picture yourself joining village locals at their weekly outdoor Berber market—an experience that is sure to be unforgettable! Then we could head to the saffron fields or an Argan oil cooperative. Prepare for awe-inspiring experiences in this magical destination!
