Culinary Tour to Sicily Italy

Are you ready to immerse yourself in the heart of the Mediterranean?  Sicily, with its rich history, culture, dramatic landscapes, and diverse cuisine, is the perfect destination.  Our journey will be a unique blend of exploration and relaxation as we uncover the island's treasures and unwind in exquisite accommodations with extraordinary views.

We'll stay at a gorgeous villa in the Catania Region, on the eastern coast, where the slopes of Mount Etna overlook the Ionian Sea.  The culture, scenery, and views, along with a unique culinary tradition, make this area one of the most special in all of Sicily.  Plus, warm waters and frequent rains, combined with the temperate climate of Sicily, make the island a perfect place for growing a wide variety of foods…and producing fantastic, world-renowned wine!

Our journey through Sicily will be a hands-on experience filled with cooking classes, local delicacies, vineyard visits, village strolls, and market shopping.  This small island is a paradise for culinary travelers, offering a perfect blend of culture, scenery, and delicious traditions.   Join me and a wonderful group of new friends as we fully immerse ourselves in the relaxed and delicious Sicilian way of life!

Culinary Tour from Marrakech to the Mountains Morocco

I've been to some fantastic places, but there is something about Morocco that continues to call me back again and again. It's hard to find words to describe this magical place, but the sights, sounds, smells, and tastes are mesmerizing, and each time I lead a group through this amazing country, I discover something new. So, for this adventure, we're adding a truly unique itinerary that will transport you from the colorful and bustling streets and architectural sites of Marrakech to the Atlas Mountains to the lush terraces and hillsides of the Ourika Valley.

Throughout our week together, we'll enjoy luxurious accommodations and sumptuous food. At the same time, we can immerse ourselves in Moroccan landscapes, history, and culture. We'll visit local shops and famous souks and spend quality time in the kitchen learning how to prepare some of the country's most beloved dishes.

Then, we'll venture off the beaten path to discover hidden gems in the scenic High Atlas and Ourika Valley. Imagine strolling through a fragrant herb farm and joining Berber women to make traditional Moroccan flatbread cooked with fire in a clay oven. We'll join village locals at their weekly outdoor Berber market, and then we could head to the saffron fields or an Argan oil cooperative.
