Come with me to my favorite culinary destinations!
Who wants to join a small group of food, wine, and travel-loving friends, just like yourself, on a culinary adventure? Well, I’ve got you covered. I've selected some of my favorite destinations for 2023, and I'd love to have you join me!

Marrakech to the Sea, Morocco

It's hard to find words to describe this magical place, but the sights, sounds, smells, and tastes are mesmerizing and sensuous! Once you land in Marrakech, you feel transported to an exotic new world. There is so much to see in Morocco, and of course, we'll visit historical and cultural sites and meander our way through the shops and souks in the old Medina of Marrakech, and I will also take you to a few spots off the beaten path. We'll head out to a rural part of the country and explore a place making the most delightful wines! It's on the way to the coast, so we'll make it a true adventure and spend the night at a lovely riad in a delightful little village, explore the seaside white-walled city Essaouira, cook with a local family and learn how to make traditional Berber bread. I'm excited already!

With so much history and beautiful scenery around us, we'll make sure to explore it all. I only have a couple of rooms available, so don't wait too long to reserve your spot.

French Riviera (aka Cote d'Azur)

It's been far too long since I led a group to this beautiful country, and after years of searching, I finally have the perfect way to share it with you. I just found a beautiful villa, and it's ideally situated in one of my absolute favorite little towns, Saint Paul de Vence, along the French Riviera.  Yes, the stars have aligned.

My passion for France started with food, of course.  Long story short, a bottle of Chateauneuf du Pape led to my first trip to the Provençal region and the decision to become a chef.  Since then, this part of the world has held a special place in my heart and I can hardly wait to take you teach you how to cook the simple, delicious food from this region and take you to some of my favorite vineyards, cafés, and markets.

My team and I are planning a wonderful week in Provence, and I can't wait to share it with you. Miles of rich blue Mediterranean coastline, delicious food and outstanding wines await!

Portuguese Riviera & Wine Country

When I opened registration for my first tour in Portugal, it filled in a heartbeat, so guess what?  I've booked another tour for Fall, 2023!  My European associates and I have searched for over two years to find the perfect accommodations at one of my favorite destinations, and, wow, did we find it!  Our home for the week is in a luxuriously renovated palace and gorgeous villa perched above the fairytale village of Sintra, a UNESCO World Heritage Site. Situated along the Portuguese Riviera, we'll have easy access to some of the best of this country's cuisine, and cultural sites, lush gardens and world-famous historic sherbet-colored castles!

Don't worry, wine lovers—I've got you covered.  While the world-famous Douro region of the North is famous for the deliciously sweet Port wine, Portugal has an extraordinary diversity of Portuguese wines, including some of the 250 native grape varieties. Lucky for us, we'll be ideally situated to visit some of the best of these gems.

We'll cook, taste, and explore this beautiful part of the world, and don't be surprised if you feel like you have found a new extended family here in the one of the most beautiful parts of Portugal!  Reserve your room.
