Big news, I've just added two new Culinary Tours for 2023 and registration is now open!!

First, my European associates and I have searched for over two years to find the perfect accommodations at one of my favorite destinations, and finally, we found it...a PALACE in Portugal!! That's right, our home for the week is in a luxuriously renovated palace and gorgeous villa above Sintra's fairytale village, a UNESCO World Heritage Site. Situated along the Portuguese Riviera, we'll have easy access to some of the best of this country's wine, cuisine, and cultural sites. In fact, we'll be just steps from lush gardens and world-famous historic sherbet-colored castles!
Don't worry, wine lovers—I've got you covered! While the world-famous Douro region of the North is famous for the deliciously sweet Port wine, Portugal has tons of wines for us to taste and explore. Lucky for us, we'll be ideally situated to visit some of the best of these gems. And you will love the people! I have traveled the world, and I think the Portuguese are some of the nicest. We'll cook, taste, and explore this beautiful part of the world, and don't be surprised if you feel like you have found a new extended family here in the most beautiful part of Portugal!

Next, and by popular demand, I'm returning to Morocco!!! It's hard to find words to describe this magical place, but the sights, sounds, smells, and tastes are mesmerizing and sensuous! Once you land in Marrakech, you feel transported to an exotic new world. There is so much to see in Morocco, and of course, we'll visit historical and cultural sites and meander our way through the shops and souks in the old Medina of Marrakech. We'll cook a variety of traditional dishes, such as couscous, tagines, and bisteeya, and enjoy them while gazing at the gorgeous gardens surrounding our villa.
Yet, I will also take you to a few spots off the beaten path. We'll head out to a rural part of the country and explore a place making the most delightful wines! It's on the way to the coast, and since my last group loved it so much, we'll make it a true adventure and spend the night at a lovely riad in the delightful little village of Sidi Kaouki. From here, we can explore the seaside white-walled city Essaouira, cook with a local family and learn how to make traditional Berber bread. I'm excited already!
With so much history and beautiful scenery around us, we'll make sure to explore it all. And I hope you like surprises because I have several in store for you-- more than you could ever dream possible.
I cannot wait to share these magical and mystical destinations with you, and whether you travel with friends, family, or solo, these trips will be unforgettable. Let's go!

P.S. Space is limited, so secure your spot today!
