The culture and scenery, along with a unique culinary tradition and world-class wines, make this region one of the most special in all of Italy. If you're ready to indulge your senses in the heart of the Mediterranean, Sicily has you covered!
Our home for the week is a private villa between Catania and Taormina with sweeping views from Mt. Etna to the azure sea and amenities galore! Guests have been raving about this gorgeous property, and it's the perfect place to rest up for our jam-packed adventures.
We'll be sure to visit exceptional vineyards and enjoy exclusive tastings. There are some charming and historic villages to explore and I'll take you to some unique markets. We might even take a hike on Mt. Etna! All of these excursions will surely work up our appetites, and we'll visit my favorite trattorias to sample local specialties.
Since this is a culinary adventure, we'll head into our villa's spacious kitchen where I'll teach you how to prepare Sicilian classics. We'll cook our way from caponata to Pasta alla Norma and enjoy lunch al fresco on our beautiful patio!
This island is brimming with history and an endless array of flavors, and I can't wait to explore Sicily with you!

Ever since the episodes began airing, so many of you have been writing in to sign up for this adventure, so I've just added another session!!
This incredible tour is full of surprises and I've taken care of all the details. Our home for the week will be the luxurious Jnane Tamsna. Wait until you see the beautifully landscaped surroundings, and gorgeous pools.
And get ready to cook! We’ll join the Jnane Tamsna chef, Bahija, in the spacious kitchen, built just for our cooking classes, and prepare delicious tagines and the famous savory pies called b' stillas. What better way to immerse ourselves in Morocco's rich culinary culture?!
Then we’ll be sure to visit some historical sites and the exquisite Yves Saint Laurent Marjorelle Gardens, visit the famous souks and a spectacular spice market. Then we'll take an excursion to the Atlas Mountains for some breathtaking scenery where you'll learn to make the traditional wood-fired bread by the Berber women. Wait until you taste it dipped into argan oil and dusted with nigella seeds!

I love every facet of Spain, but this one region is most near and dear to my heart is La Rioja. Could it be their world-class wine or the unbelievably delicious tapas, or breathtaking landscapes and incredibly welcoming people?! Whatever it is, La Rioja has it all and then some!
We'll stay in a beautifully restored noble house, in the heart of La Rioja Alta in northern Spain, just south of Bilbao and in the heart of the wine region. This charming hotel, with unique and meticulously appointed rooms, will be the perfect place for us to take in the Spanish lifestyle and unwind each day!
I can't wait to take you to the fascinating city of San Sebastián in the Basque Country! And then we'll enjoy private tastings at world-class wineries featuring extraordinary Tempranillo and Albarino. Of course, we'll have to go tapas bar-hopping! Wait until you taste the Jamón Serrano and Ibérico.
Ready to try your hand at preparing some Spanish fare? We'll head over to my friend's local restaurant, where I'll teach you how to make some of my favorite Spanish recipes. Imagine succulent lamb chops grilled over the open fire, patatas bravas with spicy tomato sauce and creamy allioli and cooking paella outside over an open flame, just like the Spanish do!
