Ready for an escape? Run away with me to Tuscany!!
This May, I’m heading to Tuscany for the Culinary Journey of a lifetime and think that you should join me!
Our week together is an immersion into the Tuscan lifestyle with hands-on cooking classes and world-class Sangiovese wine, as well as excursions to historic villages, scenic hilltops and local artisans. And of course, we’ll unwind in luxurious accommodations, complete with a spa, so that you have all the energy you need to keep up to me. Prepare to be spoiled!
Do you want to know the best part? I’ve taken care of all the details! Just book your flight and I’ll take care of the rest. We'll stay at a gorgeous, 16th century renovated villa in the heart of Tuscany, just outside of the beautiful city of Lucca. This area is famous for its incredible wines and the absolute best olive oil in the world and we'll cook, taste and explore our way through all of it!
Since we’ll be there in time for the spring harvest, we’ll be sure to create some dishes with fresh peas, favas and artichokes and fire up our own wood oven in the kitchen to make pizza and calzone. We’ll roll pasta by hand, grill thick Tuscan T-bone steaks, create a delicious braised beef ragu, and then savor it all, dining al fresco, with some fantastic wines on our villas’s lush garden patio.
The places we go, the people we meet and the meals we share aren’t the kinds of things you find in travel books or on websites and whether you want to escape on your own, or come with a friend, sister, mother, husband or wife, this “Spring Break” is sure to be an incredible adventure!
