I’m crazy about Spanish food, especially tapas! Since I just got back from another incredible tour through the Rioja region of Northern Spain, I can’t wait to share this fantastic cuisine with you. Our weekend will include hands-on cooking classes at my home kitchen studio (the same one you see on TV!) where you’ll learn to make recipes like Fideus Pasta with Garlic Prawns and Allioli, Chicken Escabechado and a really fun Paella with Chicken, Shellfish and Chorizo! We’ll top it off with desserts, like Citrus and Cinnamon Crema Catalana, and of course, seasonal Sangria.

Imagine spending the morning overlooking vine-covered hills as the sun peaks through the mist, cooking with the best locally produced ingredients, enjoying meals al fresco with exquisite wines in the heart of Chianti. We’ll explore the Tuscan culinary scene, visiting artisan cheese makers, olive mills and vineyards that produce some of the best wines in the world. Since this is a culinary journey, of course we’ll cook! We’ll make pastas by hand, succulent beef ragu and decadent desserts. We might even cook some wild boar!
