With the arrival of spring and summer just around the corner, we can hardly believe it’s been a year since we opened Copita. Whoever coined the phrase “time flies” is right on the mark!
We opened our doors May 1st 2012, and since then, we have collected more than our share of stories to tell. We truly have the “dream team” at Copita with our General Manager Brian Basmajian enthusiastically welcoming guests and making them feel at home and Executive Chef Gonzalo Rivera recently joining the kitchen with his rare creative talent and exemplary leadership.
Within the past year, you have grown to become a part of our family and, we appreciate everything you’ve done to help us get to where we are today.
You’ve seen us thrive making Copita a destination for the best modern Mexican food in the Bay Area and, as we step into our second year, we thank you from the bottom of our hearts and can’t wait to celebrate with you during your next visit!
