Italians love food! Sure, they are fortunate in having a climate that produces great ingredients like beautiful tomatoes, big red peppers, amazing virgin olive oil, sweet basil and garlic. And they are surrounded by a sea full of shrimp, clams and really fresh fish. Okay, and the winemakers have been perfecting their craft for thousands of years.
