Over the years and through my travels to this wonderful country, my bag of cooking tricks has grown and I can't wait to share some secrets with you. Join me in San Francisco and I'll teach you the art of making homemade pasta, exceptional pizza crust and most importantly, how to combine them with flavorful and seasonal ingredients. This is one of my favorite courses to teach because, let's face it, pasta and pizza are fun! We'll cook in the same kitchen used for my TV show and end each day enjoying the fruits of our labor with special wines.

Culinary Journey to Provence, France
October 11-17, 2013
What better way to immerse yourself in food and wine, than to spend a week cooking and sipping your way through this amazing area! We'll stay at one of my favorite resorts on the planet, La Blanche Fleur and enjoy the gorgeous rooms and gardens. We'll cook using the freshest local ingredients and get inspired with visits to local vineyards, artisanal cheese makers and more. Provence is beyond beautiful and always makes my students feel as if they've stepped into foodie heaven.

Culinary Journey to Marrekech, Morocco
October 19-25, 2013
Magical is the best word I can think of to describe Morocco, and believe me, you will be blown away by the sights, aromas, colors and of course, food each day on this journey. Our week in Marrekech will be spent at the luxurious Jnane Tamsna, where we will cook, relax and enjoy. From hand-kneading couscous, to preparing luscious tagines and the savory pies called b'stillas, we will truly be on a culinary adventure. We'll visit historical sites and spectacular marketplaces and the final night will take your breath away!
