Culinary Journey to Provence
Culinary Tour ProvenceCome spend a week with me at the most beautiful estate minutes from the famous Chateauneuf-du-Pape wine region. In our hands-on classes, we'll cook tried-and-true Provençal recipes as well as some more modern adaptations including Bouillabaisse, Braised Chicken with 40 Cloves of Garlic (yes, you read that right), a delicious fresh Goat Cheese Galette and Lemon Soufflé Cakes.

We'll have lunches in the garden, shop the famous outdoor market of St.Rémy, visit the best chocolate maker in the south of France, taste wines at the incomparable Le Vieux Telegraphe, tour and taste incredible olive oil from a local mill, explore medieval hilltop villages, and many more surprises.
Culinary Journey to Tuscany
Culinary Tour TuscanyWe'll stay at a beautiful Tuscan villa with frescoed interiors and surrounded by vineyards and olive groves in the heart of Chianti. During our hands-on classes, we'll prepare some of my favorite Tuscan recipes such as pork roasted inside a baguette with fennel pollen, sage, rosemary and garlic, incredible Semolina Gnocchi with Brown Butter and Fried Sage, Risotto with Chianti, and the ultimate Tiramisu!

Our excursions will include visits to local wine producers, a pasta factory, a Pecorino cheese producer, Joanne's favorite ceramics studio for hand-painted Tuscan pottery, the designer outlets, an olive oil mill, and so much more.
Culinary Journey to Piemonte
Culinary Tour PiemonteJoin me for the harvest in Piemonte! Famous for Italy's top red wines, Barolo and Barbaresco, truffles, artisan cheeses and chocolate, this is a food and wine paradise! We''ll stay at a luxurious villa overlooking vineyards and the Alps. In our hands-on classes, we'll prepare typical dishes like Bagna Cauda with fall vegetables, Fonduta with Truffles, beef braised for hours in Barolo, and Gianduia Semifreddo, a half-frozen dessert with chocolate and hazelnuts!

Our tour will include a visit to the world-famous Alba truffle fair, wine tasting in Barbaresco and Barolo, trip to a chocolate producer, dinner at Joanne’s favorite "Slow Food" restaurant, and so much more!
