I just returned from teaching in Provence and the Veneto in Italy, and I’m keeping my bags packed! I absolutely can’t wait to go to Tuscany and Seville this fall! Come with me to Tuscany and we’ll explore the best of the Chianti wine region together – prepare Tuscan lunches and dinners at our gorgeous villa, eat al fresco, visit a very cool local olive mill, pasta factory, my favorite ceramicist, meet Italy’s most famous butcher, and of course drink the best wines of the region!

Seville in the south of Spain is my new favorite destination, and if you come along I promise you it will become yours too! I’ll teach you how to prepare delicious Andalusian-inspired recipes at our beautiful hacienda, we’ll visit the top sherry wine producers in Jerez, taste the finest jamon Iberico (the “caviar” of dry-cured hams), learn flamenco dancing, and go tapas hopping together!
